Deleted from Salary system without noticed

Hello Peter<br> Please help.No Contract or Policy with Terms and conditions provided by DET and GEPF I ever signed that specified Age limits and Penalties when I app**** for Early Retirement. But DET app**** ELRC POLICY,Employment of Educators Act 76 of 1998 page C-7,Chapter 4,Retirement. The Policy doesn't have Penalties or conditions of penalties. But I exercised my rights to retired at age 51.And I gave an employer 90 days noticed states the Emplotment of Educators Act not Mpumalanga Human Resource.Before I app**** to tetired,I requested GEPF for \Pre-Calculations for both resignation and Early Retirement
