Delayed Pension funds

I submitted a resignation letter on the 25/04/2015 to Mrs NG Ngcungama and she gave me forms to fill. I filled them and she checked them and then I left them with her. On the 28/07/2015 I went to ask for the confirmation letter that states that my last day at work was still 31/07/2015. The following week I went to GEPF offices to check how much will my pension be. I was told that they can't check because Ngcungama has not made an application to them as soon as she make I'll receive an SMS. I waited but nothing happened then on 08/08/2015 I went to see her but I was not allowed to see her the security gave me the phone to speak to her. She said there's a problem with my application and she doesn't know what it was and she can't check it because the systems had been down for 2 weeks which I find it unbelievable. She then told me call her on the 10/09/2015 she said still the systems are down and that she'll call me on Monday 14/09/2015 but she never did. I have bills to pay, school fees, insurance policies and I have a family to support. Please help me I don't know what to do so she can processing my application. Her contact details are ***
