Delayed matric certificate

I app**** for my matric certificate from the department of education (Johannesburg) on 4th march 2019. The department assured me i will receive my certificate after 6 weeks but to date i have not received it. I have spent alot of money and time going to the department but everytime iam told a different story. I cannot even apply for any post.Could u please intervene. From kefilwe molete ***
