DELAY / INCOMPETENCY IN SUBMITTING FORMS FOR 2 MONTHS

<p>Good Day , I recently resigned from the Johannesburg Souh District due to relocation , I was utterly disgusted by the way they handle documents and the way they deal with resignations. I resgined from a school and personally went to submit my documents , before leaving I asked the lady several times if everything was ok and she noted all the forms required are fine and complete. A week later I recieved a call to go and submit another form she did not give me , I went in as soon as I could , however my forms are still not submitted to the Pension fund department for the GOVERNMENT EMPLOYMENT PENSION FUND as I called them directly to ask on the progress and a month passed and the forms are still not submitted. Whenever I call the individuals in-charge of my school documents there is no response and they don't ever get back to me . Very Dissapointed as this is a matter of urgency. </p>
