Declining my son's application for Grade 6

My child was not accepted at Sunningdale Primary School. I think it's a good school and it's in our area. My child can literally walk there. We have app**** in other schools and we are told we stand a better chance of being accepted in Sunningdale but his application was declined there. My son is moving from Kwazulu Natal to stay with us does that mean that he won't have a school? What are the grounds? Is he not good enough? My son needs a school and chances of him being accepted outside our area are slim so Sunningdale need to do something.
