Cresh

I do not know where to go to raise my concerns about an ECD cresh that my child is enrolled at, there is no problems with the staff with the exception of the principal, it feels like the cresh is being run like a dictatorship rather than a educational environment for early development of children, when one tries to raise concerns you are met with hostilities and you get threatened with expulsion of your child, swearing and yelling is a norm at this establishment and I do not feel it is in any way right for children to be exposed to this kind of behavior, the staff I feel would perform better without the principal (dictator), I do not know where to go or what to do with this because I fear that my child will be taken out of the cresh if I raise the point, a lot of parents have already gone through this predicament. The staff would also be laid off if they raise their concerns and I feel most of the staff gets hired due to friendships rather than actual qualifications.
