Complaint regarding Services Rendered by the WCED

<p>I have a case pending with this department, specifically Mr Edward Davids, since November 2015. I need to be paid Unclaimed Government Pension Benefit s that are due to me. In order to receive these funds, the WCED HR department has to complete forms that has to be submitted to the GEPF. After much nagging on my part, documents were eventually submitted on 15 April 2016 after this request started in November 2015. However, the documents were returned to Mr Davids on 4 May 2016 as it was not completed properly and has to be re-submitted by him, Mr Davids.</p> <p>I have sent numerous emails to Mr. Davids and his manager , Mr Joko and both are ignoring my queries and calls. </p> <p>The GEPF takes 60 days to assess applications and make payments, the WCED Central District took almost 150 days to upload my application because they were peeved at me for following up constantly. The application is now returned to them because of inaccuracy of data because of shoddy work done in the first place and they are once again ignoring me.</p> <p>I find this unacceptable.</p> <p>Please assist in whichever way possible.</p> <p>Thank you</p> <p>Anthea Usher</p>
