complain and concern

It almost February and my daughter has not yet been placed at any school and when I visited odi district they are saying there's nothing they can do cause schools are full .Mr Sambo of circuit 1 said we must wait until we get an sms from the district of which he can assure us when .We have been waiting since the 14th of January 2020 .This is affecting my child as every morning she sits and watch anther kids as they go to school. Please help as there's a lot of kids who are not yet being placed under this district
