Complain about Khanya Lesedi Secondary School

I have a complain about the department I have sent them an email which has not being read until now. I have been trying to call them the lady always tells me that I am being transferred but got disconnected for over 3 times.

This is the email I sent through to them: To whom it may concern:

I want to report the school because of hyper bullying and ******* at school. Please see my complains in point form below:

1. Last year (2019) first team my brother failed I therefore went to school just to find out what had happened as I wanted to assist the child going forward. a. Response from the school: They was a mistake the marks allocated to him were not his and it was rectified then he passed 2. On the 2nd term (2019) the same thing happened and I also went to school to find out if the report is now correct. a. Response form the school: Nah the other results that were his we allocated to an incorrect student, which was then rectified again 3. Now today my brother went to the grade 12 toilets as he wanted to use the toilet but now the 2 older guys gripped his neck and forced his head down the toilet and told him to give them money. After that happened I went to school and they said things like this do happen the day before one of the older guys slapped the young guy at school

I am sending this email with lots of dismay as I also attended school there and we never had such incidents, I am pleading to the department to please take action to assist as the teachers are aware of the bullying that is happening in the school but no one is taking action and the in competencies of the educator or should I say ignorance because to me I doesn’t make sense on how do the result become incorrectly allocated.

I would love to get a response with regard to this matter as soon as possible as this has caused a shame to my brother imagine you head being stuck into the toilet and covered with “****” in your entire face how would that make you feel, another reason he didn’t use the usual toilets was because he know that he will be ****** there thus he opted to go to the grade 12 toilets, the other thing that shows that he wasn’t feeling safe is the fact that he took his money and gave it to his friend then this happens to him
