Competent teacher

<p>I'm having a problem with meneer Henie at Chris hofmyer laerskool in Polokwane. He was teaching mathematics last year in grade 4. Halve of the class failed cause he wasn't helpful to the kids. This year he's teaching grade 5 English and still kids are complaining about him.
