Child not attending school due to WCED staff not doing their job assisting parents to place child in school

Poor or no service received Child was enrolled at BETEL SCHOOL OF SKILLS but transfer to Mitchels plain school.of skills asked because child had to stay with his father.The documentation was not send from BETEL to Mitchels plain school or so we are told months later and lots of enquiries child still not placed and unsatisfactory answers received.
