<p>In 2013 I upgraded my senior certificate for the following subjects maths,physics and English I have been to the department of education at the durban cbd branch numerious times and have been told that they have notified them in pretoria yet four years later the only thing I have is a statement of results I think after four years my patience has already run out completely please could I kindly have my certificate going there everytime to request for my certificate is a nightmare as the ladies working there are very rude I might not know people in high government positions but I deserve what's due to me.</p>
