Cause of my son's death

My son was ******ed by a seconded labour's officer of the department of education in springs. In 2012 April the 27th, my son was incaserated for a crime he didn't commit. He was charged with raping a 5 year old girl at school at 14hoo in the guard room, that was occupied by 5 other guards on that day, it was a rainy day that's why they were cramped in a small room like that, internal processes were not correctly followed. I am saying a seconded officer because the initial officer left his job because of respecting his religious conviction (his words). He said to me he is unfortunately leaving his job because he, personally doesn't see a case, but because I have enemies in the district office, they want me down and he can't be part of a conspiracy . Then the said encumbent resumed office, started issuing a letter of intent to terminate duties due to the fact that he my late son is not performing his duties, subsequently after we wrote an audi letter he was served with a termination letter whilst in custody, the magistrate was denying him bail, within a period of 9 months, he was released from the house of judges in Pretoria, with reasons that there was no investigation, so no evidence, I wrote Barbara Creesy a letter of reinstatement, she reinstated him, his service was already tempered with because he was paid a termination package while in custody. He was then removed from the school he was working for to the district office. He is starting afresh in the same same spacewiththat labour officer , he had to use transportation whereas he was walking to work, his salary was docked, leaving him with R700 monthly, he couldn't survive, no internal processes were conducted as I said , he was pre-dismissed without conducting their processes, the R700 couldn't suffice for a husband and a father of three, depression and anxiety took its tall, he started being admitted in and out of hospital until he died in 2016 the 7th of April, question is, why would the department continue to inflict pain to him by docking his salary even after the law proved him innocent? Was it a second sanction meted against him because he was already expelled without reason. Even if I wrote letters , they fell in deaf ears. I need justice for my son Peter? I went to different platforms for help but todate I can't get closure
