Call centere angents that ignores calls must be fired!!

This department takes us for granted. I app**** for my matric certificate re-print on the 4th of may and i was told that it only takes 4 weeks. Since yesterday i have been trying to call them to enquire but no one picks up my calls and their other lines are not working. I have missed several job applications waiting for my certificate.
