Bullying at school

I am writing this complaint regarding the bullying that us happening at Mmatlhame Primary School in North West. My granddaughter relocated there this year and since January 2025 she has been experiencing bullying from her fellow leaners. She is been reporting to different teachers including her class teacher Mrs Thudisang who at the end verbalized that they are not able to discipline those learners.

By the look of the things, the area is too rural, teachers are not aware of the bullying policy and the learners also not aware of the policy.

My worry is, my granddaughter will at the end be victimized because she reports the matter every day and the teachers seems not to take the matter seriously.

The principal of the school is Mrs Mogokgo Ramatlhape
