Being ignored

My name is Miss Nonkululeko Mthembu, im very disappointed with dept of Education kzn. I wrote couple of emails to them seeking for help with regards to my son who is going to grade 8 next year who haven't been place in a school. I've tried to call them and everytime Im given an alternative number that rings continuously. I even tried email the office of MEC to enterven into this matter but neither has even bother to reply to my emails. Im so stressed and no one is willing to assist. Im very disappointed let alone being stress. I beleive every child has a right to education but it seems like people in the education sector doesnt think so the way they are ignoring my emails. Ive started sending them email before lock down where i was complaining about one of the school even then no one has even bother to reply to me. As aparent what the dept is doing to me is sad and appalling.
