Bad treatment at Phogole public school

I went to Phogole Primary school to submit forms for application for admission on the 18th and when I got there I received a very disappointing treatment from the Admin Clerk, he refused to accept the forms without receiving the uniform fee which is R250, he said its becoz he avoids people claiming to have paid the fee and I said to him how will people claim to have paid when they don't have receipts and he said to me he doesn't give proof of payments, dats just not how he works,nd we asked him when is the closing date and he said that the closing date was the same day at 12h00 nd I asked him but who did you tell that the closing date is today coz u never told us or written anywhere that the closing date is on the 18thand he went on and said that he gave us the forms before month end why didn't we budget for the uniform fee....I went to the school again today to submit the forms, he refused to see us, saying that he only accepts forms at 12h00, I then asked the people that were screening to ask him for a landmine that is actually working becoz they never answer the phone, they refused, I then asked them to speak to the school principal they **** and said that he is attending a meeting, I'm said they were lying becoz that's what they said when my cousin went to complain about the same issue.

The admin clerk together with the screening staff have no 'Bathopele Principles' at all and they are making their own rules, Phogole is a public school but the are running it like a private school, how can they expect people to pay for uniform before knowing that their children has been admitted or not and how do you expect someone to pay and refuse to give a proof of payment nd say 'that's not how I work'.

I'm very disappointed and they are wasting my time by sending me back and forth.
