Bad Services

Department of Basic Education , they aren't helpful at all they don't answer there phones they have like a few different number *** no answer ,*** , 12 , 14 and 16 but no answer never I've been calling since last week I've send emails to ,2 different email address , *** and *** , still no reply .

I had to re-apply for my Original Matric Certificate due to the number of years I'm already done with school ,so I re -app**** ,pay the amount of R153.00 did everything as they stated online but since then I never received an email nor a call or something to let me know what's the outcome of my process ,if I want to follow up there is no answer ever .

The Department of Basic Education is really unprofessional and unhelpful they really lazy to do what they are suppose to do .
