Bad Service from the Department of Education

Since my last review I have had no response from the Department of Basic Education, I've contacted Ms Debbie Schafer who is the MEC for Education in the WC and she blatantly responded saying she won't take responsibility for my situation and that the DBE must be held responsible. My life is literally on hold. I've passed matric yet potential employer's can't verify my education, they might even think that I have *****ed my results! I'm sick and tired of sending emails and throwing tantrums on Twitter and getting no response. I need my matric certificate so I can find a decent job.
