BAD SERVICE FROM THE DEPARTMENT

I app**** for my daughter for Grade 8 in April 28 this year for hoer skool Jeaugland but even now her application still says pending, I do not understand how do they expect us to react or to do since they do not even communicate with us. if you call the Benoni branch they phone ring and there is no answer, I am very frustrated because i do not even know what must i do because its almost December now .
