Bad service from Department of Education Florida ( Roodepoort)

Hi, I have registered for a child in 2020, for Grade 8 in 2021 when the registration open with the district in Florida, Roodepoort. I went there for help. And I was given the reference numbers and everything. I tried several times to upload the documents, of which their system does not allowed me to upload. I tried to login to check why the system is not allowing me to upload, only to find out that the department captured the wrong address, so the department allocated schools of which I never app****. Secondly the child was doing English from Grade R until Grade 7 as 1st language. I was given the numbers to speak to the person in charge of the school that I have app****,but none of them answer their phones. I sent email to the department, the lady by the name of Ronelle rep**** to my email regarding the address. I ask her other questions, suddenly she does not come back to me. Now the school is about to open and the child has not been placed.

Guess what , I went to the department on the 19/01/2021, I saw the security lady that captured my documents, putting wrong address on the system. How can the department be so careless by letting security to capture sensitive information People working from Department of Education in Florida Roodepoort need to catch a wake up. Today one of the gentleman by the name of Joseph, says I must call him after 1 hour, guess what his on voicemail. I tried calling the switchboard number ***, the number is for ever engaged. The service is very poor guys. The Department is failing us.
