Bad Service From Daxina Primary

He has no manners in talking to a parent over the phone, advising them accordingly about the processed followed in the school, when registration forms are fill in, we as a parent are not advised to keep a copy of the form or the registering number, my son was registered for Grade R to Daxina Primary,the same time his brother was registered for Grade 1, I called in to confirm, stationery and schools fees amount, but was told that his file was not found on record, and will they will assist me in their own time, and not now and me been a parent, the principle shouts and scream at me, not willing to assist me, and advising me that if they cannot find his registration forms he will not be allowed there, but not in a decent manner but in a manner that is disgusting and rude, I will like to know as a parent that pays the school fees on time and everything else, am I allowed to be spoken in sure disgust. And if they cannot find the file why not advised me in a decent, humanly manner that this is the process we follow, and not listening to the question I am asking, or asking me more information about the registration, but just making judgement or what could be handle in a better way.
