Bad service at Kharina school

I called Kharina Secondary school in Pietermaritzburg asking for the application forms for my child who is currently schooling at Harrismith and the clerk answered me stating that they don't take children from Harrismith and I mustn't call again because they can not take my child I felt discriminated because according a school is where they should teach togetherness I was so hurt in so much that she dropped the phone on my ear. What is wrong with children schooling in Harrismith or what is wrong with Harrismith I don't understand.
