Bad service at department of education

Today I went to department of education in 17 North road Morningside with my daughter, I was going to apply for the re-issue of my matric certificate when we get to the gate we saw people at the door of the office, 1 lady by the name of Bella shouted at us saying we must get back because we not be assisted, I looked at my daughter to check if her musk is on because I was thinking that's the reason why we were shouted. The other man said to us come we will help you,I couldn't get the names because they didn't have name tags.The man took my documents and asked the guy by the of Rendani to assist me,Rendani was professional while busy helping me the other colleagues kept on calling saying he must finish they want to leave, while I was busy signing the forms the lady who shouted me came to me apologizing saying the reason she acted that way is because there are people fumigating in the office.
