Koketso Sithole and Thapelo Dlamini from.the contact centre using the zero eight trillle zero three number . Made me apply for COB while my status is on sent to assessor . Second to that she refused to help me in any other way . My documents were sent and aplication was done in october. Applcation was still on asserso even now .
