Bad service

Am here from school to get them to call the school so that they get Arthurisation to place my daughter to a class. They saying the system hasn't kicked my kid out I just need the people from department to call but what's happening here is unprofessional no1 is welling to help what's really happening in south African should small kids stay at home? That is my question why should kids suffer
