Bad customer service

Good day.My name is Nomonde a parent of grade7 student at Randpark Ridge high, I am very disappointed about the treatment I got from one of the GDE employee buy name of Irene Serobatsa

She is based in Braamfontein offices FNB building on the 09th floor

My child did not get space in Randpark High and they told us we must communicate with the circuit cos I have appealed

I am the resident of Randpark for 15 years my kids goes to Randpark Primary but I did not get space and I app**** early in the morning around 8 and I was in A group

Irene Serobatsa tells me there is nothing that she can do but we were told they told us those are the people who will help us How can you work with people and not have patience and understand the frustration of the parent and she ‘s got the nerve to hang up the phone on my ear She is very rude now my child must stay at home because they cannot assist us I would like hellopeter to escalate this matter to Panyaza Lesusfi’s office for futher assistance
