Bad attitude

Good day I am not happy about the service that i received from Sastri college in Durban, i returned the application for adimission for 2021 for my daughter grade 8,i was told they will contact me end of September, called them today 04-11-2020 the very rude lady her name Tasha unprofessional very rude told me that she did not qualify i want to know why?also why i was not told, i need the deparment to interven am not happy about all that as i returned my application very early, i need to see if the people after me did not also get the place.
