Assistants teachers programme

The initiative was supposed to help youth but instead it looks like the people who are holding the programme are more interested to put money into their pocket. There are assistants who are still not paid up until now and even if they pay them they will pay just the quarter of what the assistants suppose to get... This is very horrible and very selfish. I am going to go far about because it's involve my child who is in the progamme
