Assistance With Matric Certificate

<p>Please find below an email that i wrote to the GDE and inclueded the MEC on as well as other officials. Its been since 2015 that I have been trtyign to get a resolve on. Unfortuately its hasn come to this point where io have no choice but to resort to other media platforms seeking an end to the struggle i have gone through. Heres my story.</p> <p> </p> <p>Good day to you.</p> <p>I Haldane Ahrens ID Number **************hereby request my Matric Certificate from the Department of Education. Its with great dissmay that I write to you. I have written my Senior exams over 2 years at Florida Adult Center in 2014 and 2015. I in 2015 paid for a remark as we as for a Combination of the 2 certificates. This was done in 2015 and to no avail have I received any feedback from GDE on Goldman Road in the Absa Building.</p> <p>Taking into consideration that the only thing I have received was a statement stating that I had passed and do actually qualify for a Senior Certificate. I have made numerous trips to the office to query when I would receive the original document. I was told of the department being busy with the 2015 Matric Results, there being not system to combine the certificates into one.</p> <p>I later went to Johannesburg Cbd and was sent to Braamfontein and given numbers to contact other departments to explain why I could not get my certificate. I am now in a position where this can no longer be tolerated as I have had many job applications rejected as they required the original document and not the statement due to ***** in South Africa.</p> <p>Now I have an opportunity of a lifetime and the deadline is end of January 2017. Assistance in this would be highly appreciated in this regard. I feel at this point if nothing is done about this I will need to contact the Ombudsman and take this matter to the press.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am looking for an end to unfortunate story.</p>
