My daughters tablet and phone was water damaged by school staff, they did repair the tablet and said that should problem arise with phone they will fix that as well. now the phone has given problems and they refuse to repair this.<br> <br> Their lawyer Mr. Emil van der Merwe was now very arrogant and rude, and threatened us as parents, cause we held back on last payment of school fees until matter is resolved, now I was threatened by lawyer that the will attach my goods if non payment.<br> <br> This lawyer also recorded conversation that he had with my wife without informing her that call is being recorded, and then he also offered this for sale to me without her consent. <br> <br> I also asked the principal Mr. de Beer to please contact me regarding this and he has received and read the email but refuses to correspond with me regarding this.<br> <br> I have all the emails as proof of this incident.
