app**** early but still no space

It's always said that children have rights to basic education yet mine is being denied her rights,I have app**** at both primary schools in germiston and the other two said she stays far which was understandable but as for germiston south they were very rude and they saying there is no space yet she stays next door,so what must happen to my child is she supposed to stay at home and not go to school because that's what is going to happen if she is not accepted at this school or one of the schools in germiston
