Application process gone wrong

I app**** for admission for my daughter. I have good reason to think the application went missing because she wasn't captured on the system after going back for the 7th time. However after my last query n leaving a number I get an sms that the application was unsuccessful, I believe my daughter didn't get a fair chance and the administration process wasn't fair towards her.
