Admission process

I app**** for my Son on the first May 2017for admission in grade 8 2018I didn't receive an sms as I was suppose to fine I went to the school they referred me to the district in Florida explained that my application can't be found or seen on the computer even when the school check with my ID or my Son ID still they also checked couldn't find me or the application not even attempted to call their Head Office or someone to check also for them.when I asked for them to check with the waiting ref no.their system can't do that I have to go to their headoffice. I went to department of education guess what everyone is on lunch at 12:32 only consultant at their call center still after waiting the one consultant refered me to their technicians guess again no one answers the line I have a child whoz sitting not knowing whether his got school or not for next year I've called even before they will take you pillar to post
