A GRADE 1 PUPIL ALREADY TURNED 7 WITHOUT SCHOOL

I app**** for admission for my 7 yr old son that will be doing Grade 1 in 2016 at DE KUILEN PRIMARY SCHOOL in Kuilsriver.I live in KUilsriver and De Kuilen Primary being the closest school to me.The application has been declined without further communication.I was in the first ten on queue with all required documents on the date the parents applying for their kids were requested to go to the school<br> I am divorcee and and supporting my kids on my own.I will not afford a private school.Am struggling as is,now I don't know what to do further.<br> What I don't understand is why he Is declined admission.I app**** on time and one of the first parents to submit the application with the bsupporting documents.I wrote an email to the department of edictaion who gave me a number to phone in Kuilsriver but everyday i called there was never response<br> Now this will come down to him not attending school next year.<br> All the schools around are said to be full.He turned 7 in October i cant understand why in my area he cant get school nor am i told why he was not admitted considering i was of the first parents to apply.It couldnt havent been full then.Up till now the department is not helping
