2years waiting for my N6 certificate and my academic records .

N6 certificate its been 2 years waiting for my N6 certificate i want to do my diploma i can't do anything without it.. Ive been sending emails and emails bt no response even for my academic records no reply... This is very sad coz my life is not going anywhere
