Unacceptable Handling of Deposit and Complete Lack of Accountability

The way my deposit has been handled by Elsabe and the principal, Denzil Kleu, is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns.

From the beginning, there has been no transparency regarding my deposit. The amounts provided do not match what was paid, and every time I request clarity, I receive different and conflicting explanations from both Elsabe and Denzil Kleu. The information keeps changing and does not align with the documentation that has been provided.

To date, they have failed to provide a proper, accurate reconciliation of my deposit. This is a basic requirement when handling client funds, yet it has simply not been done. Instead, I am met with vague responses, contradictions, and ongoing delays with no clear resolution.

There have also been deductions made from the deposit without clear communication or a proper breakdown. When questioned, neither Elsabe nor Denzil Kleu has been able to provide consistent, verifiable answers. The lack of accountability and transparency is extremely concerning.

At this point, this is no longer just poor communication — it reflects a serious failure in the handling and administration of client funds. As a tenant, I should not have to continuously chase for clarity or fight for a proper accounting of my own money.

We rented the property through Elsabe, and the ongoing issues are directly with her and the principal, Denzil Kleu. This entire experience has been frustrating, stressful, and completely unacceptable.

I would strongly caution anyone to be extremely careful before trusting them with a deposit or any financial matters.
