Bad afterservice

During August I bought property from this agency. Part of the verbal agreement with Amanda andTwana, the agents, was that the houseplans must be drawn up, money for this was payed to them. 5 Monts later, after numerous calls and emails, I still do not have the plans!! Seems to me that after they have received their commission, these agents just dont care!! Pathetic afterservice!
