Terrible Service/Workmanship

Terrible Service and workmanship. After the second time I had to send my car back for enormous faults, I get my car back today and the car bonnet is not aligned properly. A gap on the one side. How difficult can it be? I'm also in the service industry and can't understand the bad service received. I have told anyone and everyone that they must never use Denver Auto Body Repairers in Isando.
