I had a truly a great experience with Denver repairing my car, Cathy assured me that it would be completed ahead of time and as expected it was completed ahead of time. Thank you to all the staff it was such a smooth 10/10 experience.

After many many chances my car was damaged in the workshop
Denver Auto’s handling of my vehicle has been extremely poor from start to finish. I was repeatedly told the car was ready when it was not, resulting in wasted trips, delays and additional costs. The car was returned with a badly misaligned panel, damaged rear-door shocks, a loose part causing a noise and a towbar that was never straightened. Even after I clearly listed the problems and gave the workshop several opportunities to fix them, I arrived more than once to find that the work had either not been done or had not even been properly checked. The poor condition of the courtesy vehicles also gave me very little confidence in the standard of this workshop. After many delays and repeated promises, the main problems were eventually fixed. However, Denver Auto then badly scratched the newly painted bumper while the vehicle was in their care, meaning my car now needs to go to another panel beater to be repaired yet again. I have given the Site Manager and Denver Auto more than enough opportunities to put this right, but I have completely lost trust in the workshop. I will now ask Momentum to reassess the vehicle and send it elsewhere, and I will share my experience publicly and with the assessor who recommended Denver Auto. The site manager is a pleasant person, but the repeated poor workmanship, lack of checking and promises that were simply not true show that there is a serious management and quality-control problem at this workshop.

I want to to thank Tumiso M and Lydia for the assistance in helping a client we referred to them for repairs on his vehicle, they always responded with feedback when it was requested and also called to confirm the repairs were completed, thank you for going th extra mile with the client.

Stay away from Denver auto
Terrible experience. SA claims quoted me and it has been a month since the car is still not fixed. They Hyundai Exter door handle needed to be replaced but unfortunately could not because they did not have the part. They promised a courtesy car and SA claims mailed me to pick it up. When I arrived they said there is no courtesy car. i then realized that the tyre cover was also not completely repaired. This is shocking service and would highly recommend using another company
