AVOID DENVER AUTOBODY REPAIRERS AT ALL COSTS

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS:

My wife had the misfortune of having her car bumped in a shopping centre parking lot and was referred to Denver Autobody Repairers to have her car fixed by her insurer MiWay, (another company to avoid at all costs).

The experience was unacceptable from the word go, treating her like one would expect a ********** to treat a women.

On delivery of her car after a long fight I noted on the release letter that the paint work on the front bumper was of an inferior standard and was not acceptable.

The representatives that delivered the car had an F you attitude.

Several months later the paint has started to lift and peel on the front bumper and they are now trying to dodge honouring the warranty.

Unfortunately, in the interim another vehicle has driven into the back of my wife's car at a shopping centre parking lot.

Once again MiWay insisted on Denver Autobody repairers do the remedial work.

And again the problems continue, we have been waiting almost 5 months now for the tail light to be replaced, yet MiWay has seen fit to pay for the repair work even though it has not been completed.

This we will be taking up with the FAIS Ombud as well as approaching RMI for assistance with Denver Autobody Repairers in Isando.

PLEASE, PLEASE... WHATEVER YOU DO

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO DENVER AUTOBODY REPAIRERS!!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ATTITUDE AND EVEN WORSE WORKMANSHIP.
