Worst service ever

I'm really not happy with the service provided to me by denttech panel beaters, my car was taken to them on the 18th August 2014 and today it's the 28th January 2015 and I still don't have my car, the frustrating part is every time I phone them to inquire about my car they tell me a different story and the car is not extremely damaged that it would take a professional panel beater so long to fix. I really feel like I'm being taken for granted by these guys because every time I'm the one who always has to pick up my phone and phone them, just to get more disappointing news about my car. In December they gave me an extremely dirty curtesy car (inside and out) and the fuel on the car was on reserve because the light was on. Really the level of professionalism from these guys is none existent. I sent an email to the workshop managers complaining about the service and still there was no sense of urgency because after reading the email no one phoned me to explain what exactly the holdup is. I'm the one who ended up calling again. In all fairness I've ran out of patience with these guys. <br>
