Poor customer service
Dent tech Strydom park Randburg - Communication can be improved significantly. We often had to call to follow up on the progress of the vehicle, as the email updates provided did not reflect clear progress. The repair exceeded the initially promised 10–12 working days, and only after following up were we advised that the vehicle was completed and being reassembled. However, we were later informed by Jaco that a part was still outstanding and yet to be fitted, indicating that the vehicle was not fully complete. As a result, we collected the vehicle in that condition and were contacted a week later to return for the final fitting of the missing part. Unfortunately, this was not the best service experience we have received from Dent Tech. That said, when we went to collect the vehicle, Roland handled the situation professionally. He was polite, apologetic about the delays, and took the time to walk us through the work done by showing us the vehicle in the assembly bay, which did help ease the frustration. Overall, the vehicle was restored to its original condition, and we are happy with the workmanship. However, the customer service and communication throughout the process were disappointing and detracted from the overall experience.

Take my car to different Panelbeaters of my choice then Dent tach pay damage.
I would like to lodge a formal complaint against Dent Tech Panelbeaters regarding unsatisfactory service and their failure to take responsibility for their work. My vehicle, a Volkswagen Polo (2024), was repaired by Dent Tech under an insurance claim. While the repairs were approved and completed, I have concerns regarding the quality of work and the lack of accountability from the service provider. Despite raising my concerns, Dent Tech has failed to adequately address the issues or take responsibility. This has caused significant inconvenience, especially considering that I have already paid a substantial excess amount of R32,700. I expect: A proper investigation into the quality of repairs conducted Accountability from Dent Tech Panelbeaters A resolution, which may include corrective repairs or appropriate compensation I have supporting documents, including repair records, insurance approval, and communication evidence, which can be provided upon request. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.

Shocking service - poor admin manager caught between their patent nonsensical explanations and angry customers - what an awful situation to be in. given how minimal the damagewas this is absolutely ridiculous. They forgot to be put down the phone so I am listening to them discussing me and how "blerry kwaad" I am.
