Unprofessional service received from Denttech Panelbeater Strijdom Park- Riaana Cassim

On the 16 April 2018, my car was involved in an accident and was taken to Denttech panelbeater and to this day it still not fixed. This type of service is repulsive, I have been struggling to get communication from Riaana Cassim. I have been in contact with her and no feedback from her. I'm struggling with transport and no courtesy car has been provided. They are waiting for an aircon pump but no communicated what so ever. How is it possible that they wait for a part for more than a month??? I would not recommend their service to anyone. I don't understand how Outsurance would use such panelbeaters??????
