Prompt and Professional Panelbeaters

What an amazing experience it was dealing with Denttech Panelbeaters! My car was picked up (promptly, at that too) from my residence on 04 October 2019. I received an email from Riaana on 07 October 2019 notifying me of all the relevant parties that will be contactable regarding my repair as well as providing me with the link to track my repair. On this link, I was provided with pictures of my vehicle in the "before stage" as well the different stages of the repair. Although this wasn’t frequently updated unless I asked, communication via email with Riaana was seamless. The estimated date for my repair was 31 October 2019, however, I received a call on 25 October 2019 stating that the vehicle was ready for pick-up. I would’ve appreciated a day’s notice to make the necessary transport arrangements but I was just grateful to be receiving my car well before the due date. Ricardo and his team did an amazing job. If anything, my car looks better now than it did when I bought it. I also liked the way Ricardo came out to greet me and took me to my car to view the workmanship - just another way of showing their professionalism. He also further mentioned that he didn’t expect me to “test” the vehicle in 10 minutes and suggested that if there was anything that I noticed after driving the vehicle off, I was more than welcome to give him a call and we can take it further. I am so impressed with a team that doesn’t over promise and under deliver. They kept me informed every step of the way and they were super punctual. If they said 16h30, they meant 16h30. I would definitely be spreading the good word!
