Poor service from Dent tech Randburg

Where do I even begin, I took my car for repairs sand upon collection they damaged my car and it had to stay there another day after 2 weeks of already being there. One of the items that had to be repaired was the control arm and when I was installing brake pads elsewhere the day after I collected the car the control arm was not replaced and was still the same. I have been emailing and calling since that day and no one has bothered to call me back.
