Owner is shockingly rude! Worst service ever!

<p>One of my staff members was in a minor accident, insurance took the car to Denttech to repair. The service from day one has been shocking. The staff have all been incredibly rude, I am actually at a loss for words that a business can treat it's clients so badly. I have never written a negative review about anyone before but this shocked me enough to make me want to tell the world how awful they were! Eventually I asked to speak to the owner and he was even worse. The car has been there for weeks and they have now promised and committed 4 times as to when it will be ready and then offered no further communication, when I call to then say can we collect as arranged they tell me (rudely as if it is my fault...) that the car is not ready and then constantly deny what they said previously. I would highly recommend no body ever use this company!!! It is the Denttech panel beaters in Randburg. </p>
