Motor car

Hi I took my car to Dent tech on the 13/10/2015 to have by bumper replaced they did a good job on the bumper but I am unhappy as when I got my car back there was no gears. I Drove the car there with no problem. they also damaged the lever to open the bonnet.<br> <br> I am so cross as they are saying that it was my fault.
