Most shocking company I have ever worked with

We had hale damage on our car and Miway Insurance told us to go to Denttech. We booked the car in on 15 Feb and after a 20 Minute inspection the guy told us that repairs would take 12 to 14 working days. This is where the lying started and it never stopped. The workshop manager who is working on my car is Claude and he is constantly lying to us and promising us that the car would be finished and that he would call back the next day. He has not called us once and in fact no one has called us regarding the repairs once. After being told that it would take 12 to 14 days it has now been more than 35 days and still he is just saying the car needs to be assembled. We had to give our rental car back as we only get it for 30 days but still no luck. They put me through to a lady who was going to help me. Think her name was Riana and she promised to sort it out and call me back and just like Claude I did not hear from her again. These people are so unprofessional and never stops lying to you. This is absolutely shocking!!!! To this day we still don't have our car
