Inconvenienced

Denttech panel beaters, <br> 1. Firstly i received an sms to fetch my car on the 03.03.2016 only to find not all repairs were done, as i reported that water and oil had mixed and i still found that nothing was done regarding that issue.<br> 2. Secondly my car hire is expiring on the 10th of March 2016, which is gonna be an inconvenience hence i won't have means of transport, due to Dent tech.<br> 3. I believe that Dent Tech should have not agreed to repair the car if they knew that they can't repair the water and oil mix up.<br> 4. I need your agent attention to this matter as i'm now inconvenienced by the whole issue.<br> 5. Dent tech received the whole accident report from MIWAY and they did their own assessment but still they overlooked one part of the report.<br> 6. Now they tell me about taking the car to another repairer who is gonna look into the issue on Teusday 08.03.2016.<br> 7. My question is when will my car be ready for me to fetch? WHY DID THEY SAY I SHOULD FETCH MY CAR WHILST THE REPAIRS WERE NOT COMPLETED.
